Welcome to the Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre (Sask DLC). The Sask DLC is a fully accredited online school that offers K to 12 education to Saskatchewan students of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re a Kindergarten student starting your academic journey, a high school student wanting to expand your current education, or an adult looking to graduate or upgrade your education, we can help.

Withdrawing

The process to withdraw from a class involves the following:

  1. The online student places a request with their cooperating teacher or homeschooling parent.
  2. The cooperating teacher or homeschooling parent notifies the online teacher.

If the online student does not inform their cooperating teacher or homeschooling parent then the online teacher communicates the withdrawl request to the cooperating teacher or homeschooling parent.  If there is no communication from the cooperating teacher or homeschooling parent within 5 days of the request then the student will be withdrawn from the course.

Drop Dates – after this date your mark will appear on the transcript [any missing work will have a mark of zero]:

  • Semester I – Monday Oct 3, 2022

  • Semester II – Friday, March 3, 2023

  • All Year – 1 month after start date
