Welcome to the Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre (Sask DLC). The Sask DLC is a fully accredited online school that offers K to 12 education to Saskatchewan students of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re a Kindergarten student starting your academic journey, a high school student wanting to expand your current education, or an adult looking to graduate or upgrade your education, we can help.

Time Extensions

We provide 3 options for the majority of our courses - semester 1, semester 2 and all year.  

In semester 1 a student may request an extension of one month (Completion by March 1st) to complete the course if the following criteria are met:

  1. 30% of the course must be complete (determined by the teacher)
  2. The request is placed by Friday, Jan 6, 2023

All Year and Semester 2 students must complete the course by the end of the semester.  The Virtual School does not operate over the summer and extensions are not provided into the new school year.
